Telluride Revelation Bowl

The Telluride Ski Resort is on-schedule to complete the new quad-chair Revelation Lift for the 2008-2009 ski season.  The Revelation Bowl will offer 800 vertical feet of drop with a slope length of almost 1,900 feet entirely above tree line.  At 12,570-feet, the top terminal will offer a commanding view of the “San Juan Alps”.  This is expert terrain not for the faint-of-heart.  Howitzer cannons (no kidding) will be added for avalanche control.  Once the Revelation Lift is completed, expect the adventure-skiers to go further on-foot as they always do.
