Boulder Goes Platinum

There are only three - Boulder CO, Portland OR and Davis CA.  These are the cities awarded platinum status by the League of American Bicyclists as the top-ranked bicycle-friendly cities in the United States.  Criteria include well-designed bike lanes, the extent of multi-use pathways shared with pedestrians and skaters, the extent of bicycle laws and the availability of cyclist education programs including safety training for all ages.  What a great distinction for the City of Boulder’s resume.  For more informaion vist www.bike-league.org.
