Snowmass Village - Aspen’s Little Sister

Growing-up in the shadow of your good looking older sister can be tough.  Until, that is, you come into your own good looks.  It’s been happening at Snowmass over the past two-years.  The entire base area has been massively rebuilt.

Much of the original shopping area and restaurants remain, but the new base area is impressive.  If you have not been to Snowmass in awhile, you will not recognize it.

Skiers and boarders have always been attracted to Snowmass for the terrain.  That has not changed.  The snow is good and the trails are not overly crowded.  The added dimension is the new base facilities that make the non-skiing portion of the day more pleasant and convenient.

Snowmass is the lower cost alternative to Aspen.  Yet, Aspen is but a short distance away and easily accessed for evening forays.  Having a ski condo in Snowmass opens the convenience of skiing the mountains of Aspen as well.

The Snowmass Ski Resort was designed as a village allowing you to walk everywhere.  Ski-in / ski-out homes and condos are the rule, not the exception, in Snowmass.

Snowmass has continued to expand its summer events and activities.  The outdoor stage at Snowmass Village hosts an impressive list of Class-A entertainment through-out the summer.  Mountain biking, hiking, fishing and camping are available for the outdoor enthusiast.
