Beaver Creek Bon Appetit

The Bon Appetit Magazine is offering-up a weekend of fine food and wine.  The festival features a Master Chef Challenge and a Grand Tasting.  For fun, a Celebrity Chef Ski Race will cap-off the festivities.

Ticket proceeds will benefit various local charities.  Aside from food and wine, activities will include a concert by Mary Wilson of The Supremes, a guided snowshoe excursion and an educational seminar of classic Brasilian cocktail recipes.

The Grand Tasting will be hosted at The Ritz-Carlton in Bachelor Gulch with tickets available for $115.  An entire events ticket is available for $430.

The Bon Appetit Culinary & Wine Focus Festival begins January 28th and concludes January 31st.
