Downtown Boulder Luxury Condos Lofts Townhouses

Downtown Boulder’s newest luxury condo projects continue to find interested buyers.  The most recent project ”The Arete” is well under-construction with a summer 2009 completion anticipated.  The “One Boulder Plaza” projects at 1301 Canyon (above left) and 1360 Walnut (above right) were the grandfathers of the luxury condo trend.

“1505 Pearl” (above left) is completed and will have the first residents moving-in during March 2009.  “The Walnut” (above right) is nearing completing and offers an interior courtyard for the residents.

There are several small condo projects that have been developed directly on Pearl Street over the years.  The “Pearl Street Cove Condos” (above left) feature retail and office space on the first floor with condos above and a small open courtyard in the middle.  Parking is offered in the alley behind.  The “Pearl Street Loft” are another example of this style of development with retail on the first floor and luxury lofts with high-ceilings and exposed ceiling pipes and ventilation ducts.  Underground parking is included.

At the far east end of Pearl Street, you will find ”Iron Flats” consisting of free-standing townhouse-style condos as well as mulitply-story condominium buildings with loft-style condos.  They are directly behind The Nature Conservancy center in Boulder.

At the West End of Pearl Street you will find the “Eight and Pearl” townhouses that share a common courtyard.  Walk to the neighborhood organic grocer, bakery, wine shop and coffee shop within 3-minutes.  A charming and convenient life for sure.
