Boulder CO Real Estate Homes For Sale
Central Boulder is where you will find Downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street Pedestrian Mall. In the 1980’s, the city closed 4-blocks of Pearl Street to vehicular traffic. The physical street has been replaced with a pedestrian boulevard complete with flower gardens, trees and public art. Pearl Street offers you restaurants, boutique shops, bookstores, espresso bars, art galleries, and more. During the summer and on weekends, you will find street performers entertaining visitors with magic, juggling, music, dance and song along the Mall. Within a few blocks of Downtown you will find Boulder’s Central Park, access to the Boulder Creek Path, and the Boulder County Farmers’ Market. Among the fastest growing segments in the Boulder real estate market are the luxury condos, lofts and townhouses that are being developed in Downtown Boulder. Also in high demand are the single-family houses in the “Old Town” and 1950’s neighborhoods and subdivisions of Central Boulder including Widners, Culver, Whittier, Inman, High Meadows, Green Meadows, Hawthorne Park, Iris Hollow, Boulder Old Town OT, Alpine, Maple Glen, Broad Acres, Beckers, Vista View, Hillcrest, Clarks, and Stead Minor among other.
