2009 Bolder Boulder 10K Race

Boulder Public Library

Downtown Boulder’s newest luxury condo projects continue to find interested buyers.  The most recent project ”The Arete” is well under-construction with a summer 2009 completion anticipated.  The “One Boulder Plaza” projects at 1301 Canyon (above left) and 1360 Walnut (above right) were the grandfathers of the luxury condo trend.

Boulder Celebrates 150 Candles

A group of businessmen formed the Boulder City Town Company 150-years ago in 1859.  They offered 4,044 lots for $1,000 each.  The idea was to establish Boulder City as the supply town for the many miners flockng to the foothills and canyons west of the area.  Initial sales were not brisk.

Boulder Colorado Creek Path
