Steamboat Springs Goes Green
The Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association launched the Sustainable Steamboat campaign to encourage and assist local business in the pursuit of sustainability. A Sustainability Certification Program is being developed to help local business attain and measure improved environmental stewardship. The hope is to expand the program to promote green construction and influence public policy.
