Boulder Colorado Wins Awards

Most recently, Forbes Magazine awarded its top-spot on its list of “America’s Top 25 Towns To Live Well” to Boulder.  A year earlier, Forbes named Boulder first-place on its list of “Most Educated Cities In America”.

Boulder Public Library

Architecturally — a gem.  Technologically — a gem.  Intellectually — a gem.  Location — a gem.
A portion of the library is a bridge that transverses Boulder Creek.  Inside “the bridge” you will find a coffee shop.  The Boulder Library has spaces and programs that appeal to toddlers, pre-teens, teenagers, adults and senior citizens.

Boulder International Film Festival

BIFF describes itself as “4 days of controversy, spice, color, laughter, outrage, adventure, music, culture and community“.  Sounds real good to me!  The 5th Annual Boulder International Film Festiveal begins Thursday February 12th and concludes on February 15th.

Colorado Chautauqua - Boulder

In 1874 the Chautauqua Institution was formed in Upstate New York as a summer camp to educate Sunday school teachers.  The emphasis was that of teaching not revivalist.  Chautauqua has never affilitated with any one religious denomination, but many religions are present on Chautauqua grounds today in the form of chapels and other facilities.
