Downtown Boulder’s newest luxury condo projects continue to find interested buyers.  The most recent project ”The Arete” is well under-construction with a summer 2009 completion anticipated.  The “One Boulder Plaza” projects at 1301 Canyon (above left) and 1360 Walnut (above right) were the grandfathers of the luxury condo trend.
